The Board of Directors for Chase's Ridge Homeowner’s Association is requesting that all homeowners and their renters complete the information below to gain access to all the information within the HOA's website. As the board has moved to electronic notifications, collecting valid email addresses is ESSENTIAL for accurate communication pursuant to F.S. 720.303(2)(c). By providing your email address you consent to receiving electronic communication from the board. This information is necessary for you to receive a response email to complete your registration and access to the website.
Please be advised that this information does not eliminate the need for each homeowner to maintain updated information with the HOA, it just makes it a lot easier for the homeowner to do. Once access is granted, it will be the homeowner's responsibility to maintain updated information with the HOA. This is especially important when renter's change, and homes are sold.
